TERMS AND CONDITIONS

. Reservations require a 50% deposit with balance due prior to, or at

departure

. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made 120 days prior

to departure and in writing. Emails and phone cancellations do not qualify

for a refund.

. Cancellations less than 120 days will receive a refund if replacement trip

can be booked. If a replacement trip is not booked, the deposit will be

credited toward the booking of a new trip, to be used within 1 year of the

original trip date.

. Cancellations within 30 days will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

. We strongly recommend trip/deposit insurance.

. Crew reserves the right to refuse service of any kind to anyone

. Passengers MUST show passport upon arrival and check in, prior to

boarding boat.

. Staterooms on open charters are assigned by passenger request, on a

first come, first serve basis. There are times, when we need to move

stateroom assignments to accommodate minors and women,

or those traveling with a friend.

. Game Changer Sportfishing is not responsible for any lost or

stolen items. All passengers must ensure their belongings are

secure at all times.
